I have heard the strenuous submissions of Shri Pawar, who criticizes the impugned order dated 6.8.2016, by which, application Exhibit 17 has been rejected.

The RCA No.318 of 2012 is pending before the appellate Court for the past about six years. In my view, ends of justice would be met by directing the expeditious disposal of the appeal. In the event, the petitioners / appellants suffer an adverse order, they would be at liberty to raise a comprehensive challenge, if so desired. 3.

As such, this petition is disposed off with the direction to the appellate Court to decide RCA No.318 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible and preferably on/or before 31.12.2018. ( RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J. ) ...
