Registration of First Appeal Stamp No.27225 of 2023, First Appeal Stamp No.27232 of 2023 and First Appeal Stamp No.27218 of 2023 is refused vide order dated 28.11.2023

923 to 925-ca passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) on account of failure on the part of the appellant to remove office objections within stipulated period.

The present applications are filed challenging the said order. Since, there is a delay of 451 days, prayer is also made for condonation of delay.

Having regard to the fact that public money is at stake coupled with the fact that the learned Advocate for the appellant makes a statement that all office objections will be removed within a period of two weeks from today, the delay is condoned and order dated 28.11.2023 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial) is quashed and set aside. 4.

Appeals are restored, subject to condition that all office objections will be removed within a period of two weeks from today.
