The application deserves to be allowed. However, we suggest to the applicant-Trust that they should give wider publicity, so as to attract the manufacturers on certain items which

ca3489.16 would be then made available at a cheaper rate. In order to cheaper rates wider publicity is necessary.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause-(B).

In the meantime the Trust is also permitted to purchase the Kirana stock for one month period directly from the earlier Vendor.
