The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions states that, the salary is sanctioned of the employees of grant in aid posts from July 2017 to October 2017 and December 2017 to February 2018. The salary for the period from February 2016 to March 2017 has been referred to the salary squad and upon sanction by the higher office, the steps would be taken to sanction the payment of the same.

It appears that, as per the above, the payment to the approved staff on aided post is not disputed, however, steps are

2 wp 3989.17 being taken by respondents. The respondents shall take the steps expeditiously in that regard and preferably within a period of three (03) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
