The learned Counsel submits that these petitioners are the father and daughter.

In case of the daughter, this Court has twice issued directions to the Committee to decide the proceedings. The same

2 62-WP-3794-2020 are not decided as yet. The father of the petitioner is going to retire in June, 2020.

Considering the above, we pass the following order : (i) The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 26th March, 2020.

(ii) If it is possible, the Committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceeding by end of June, 2020. The petitioners shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings.
