This application is filed for condonation of delay of 64 days caused in filing second appeal. The Respondents are served. Some Advocate like Mr. A.K.Bale has filed appearance for two respondents but nobody has turned up for the said Respondents. 2.

In view of the contents of the application and the submissions made, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. Delay is condoned. Civil Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
