Heard learned counsel for the petitioner -wife who is seeking transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No.33/2020 filed by respondent - husband which is pending in the Court of Civil Judge, (Senior Division) Biloli, Dist. Nanded, to the Family Court at Nanded. 2.

According to the petitioner she has filed complaint u/s.125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the Family Court, Nanded and also filed one application before the Women Vigilance Cell under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code at Nanded itself. According to her, it would be convenient for her, if the Hindu Marriage Petition pending at Biloli is transferred to Nanded since it is highly difficult to her to attend the Court at Biloli especially when she is having two years old son.

The respondent -husband despite service of notice of final disposal remained absent for the reason best known to him. In view of the same, following order is passed :

ORDER

1.

The application is hereby allowed.

2.

The HMP No.33/2020 pending in the Court of learned Civil Judge (S.D.) Biloli, District Nanded is hereby transferred to Family Court, Nanded.

3.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
