After hearing Mr Yeramwar, the learned Counsel for the petitioner for some time, the learned Counsel submits that the petitioner would approach the competent authority for getting the caste certifcate.

In case the such application is fled by the petitioner, the competent authority shall take decision upon said application expeditiously and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of application.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
