Learned Counsel for the applicants states that the parties are brothers inter se and compromise was advised and as such, attempts of compromise between the parties were going on. In the circumstances, filing of second appeal got deferred. 2.

Though the respondents are served and do not controvert the content of civil application, the reason given in the application appears to be plausible and as such, the civil application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
