We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

After hearing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that he would accept the order of approval that for first three years the approval would be on honorarium of Rs.1700/- per month and after completion of three years on the pay scale of Rs.2550 - 3200, as referred to in the order.

The approval order assailed in the present petition itself

2 wp 3738.17 states that for first three years the approval would be on honorarium of Rs. 1700/-.

Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 shall forward the proposal for payment of honorarium to the petitioner at the rate of Rs. 1700/- per month from 01.01.2007 for a period of three years. 5.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 5 states that the petitioner is in continuous service thereafter till date. 6.

In case the proposal is not submitted for permanent approval the respondent - institution shall submit the proposal for permanent approval to the appointment of the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from today. On receipt of the proposal the Education Officer shall consider the same on its own merits and take decision within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of the proposal. Necessary consequences shall follow.
