Learned counsel for respondents no. 3 to 8 and 9, on instructions, seek leave to withdraw proceedings filed before Tahsildar along with orders passed therein and in the process to declare that the orders passed hitherto in said proceedings including in revisional proceedings to be non-est. 2.

In view of the same, petition succeeds. Proceedings filed by present respondents no. 3 to 9 stand withdrawn. Orders in said proceedings shall be deemed to be non-est. It is

WP-3005-18.doc clarified that the same shall not affect on going civil proceedings.

In view of the same, interim relief hitherto operating in writ petition stands withdrawn.
