The petitioner contends that the validation proceeding is pending with the Committee since the year 2013. The petitioner has appeared for B.D.S. fnal examination. The result is withheld.

The learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 4. Mr Pulkundwar, the learned Counsel appears for respondent No. 2. 3.

The petitioner shall appear before the respondent No. 4 - Committee on 26th March, 2020. The Committee

2 53-WP-3776-2020 shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner preferably within a period of six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. 4.

Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending.

In case the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then the petitioner shall not be refrained from prosecuting her internship only on the ground that her validation proceeding is pending.

The respondents may take further course of action depending upon the Judgment that may be delivered by the Committee in validation proceeding.

7.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
