Heard the learned counsel for respective sides. 2.

By way of present writ petition, the petitioners challenge the order passed by respondent No. 4 - the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Kinwat, Tq. Kinwat, District Nanded dated 3.3.2023 allowing the appeals of the respondent Nos. 7 to 11 and also seeking stay to the election process of respondent No. 6 Society, which is scheduled on 15.3.2023.

The election is at advanced stage and election is scheduled tomorrow. In view of same, fresh writ petition cannot be entertained today. The petitioner is at liberty to to challenge the impugned order by way of election petition under Rule 78 of Maharashtra Cooperative Societies (Election to Committee) Rule, 2014 r/w. Section 91 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. The writ petition is disposed of with above liberty.
