The objection raised by the petitioner for inclusion of 111 members in the final voters' list of respondent No.5 Society is turned down by respondent No.3, as the same is raised after publication of final voters' list.

Several disputed questions of facts are raised in the present writ petition. In view of the decision of the Division Bench of this Court in Dattatray Genaba Lole and Others Vs. The Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Pune and Others, reported in 2022(1) BomCR 471, the petitioner has alternate efficacious remedy available. 3.

In that view of the matter, writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate efficacious remedy. All the contentions of the petitioner are kept open.
