Leave to correct the title of respondent no.2. 2.

This petition can be disposed of by issuing direction to respondent no.2 to take a decision on the caste validation claim furnished to the Committee in the year 2011 pertaining to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today and it is accordingly directed. 3.

The petitioner undertakes to cooperate with the Committee for expeditious disposal of his caste validation claim. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent Committee on 2nd November, 2015, and as such, no separate notice requiring his presence before the respondent Committee is necessary. In the meanwhile, respondent no.4 College shall permit the petitioner to prosecute further studies subject to decision on the agp/-

BENCH AT AURANGABAD (2) WP NO.3251/2015 caste validation claim pending with the respondent Committee. Respondent no.3 Health University shall permit the petitioner to appear for the examination and shall declare the results. With the directions as above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
