The names of the petitioners are not added in the final voters list of Respondent No.8-Society. The petitioners have challenged non inclusion of their names by this petition. 2.

This petition raises disputed questions of facts. in view of Division Bench decision in the case of " Dattatray Genaba Lole V/s Divisional Joint Registrar"

{2} 33-WP-3672-2022 alternate efficacious remedy of filing election dispute after declaration of result. In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition. The writ petition is therefore, dismissed with liberty to the Petitioner to avail alternate remedy. All the contentions of Petitioners are kept open.

In view of disposal of writ petition, the civil application is disposed of.
