Heard rival submissions. The appellant - Acquiring Body in both these applications is seeking condonation of delay of 2845 days, which appears to be cause due to obtaining sanctions at various stages. The respondent Nos.2 and 3 - claimants despite service, remained absent.

In view of the same and considering the statutory right of the applicant, delay of 2845 days stands condoned.
