In terms with the judgment and decree of perpetual injunction which has attained finality, respondents/decree holder has filed the R.D.No.62/2013 and in the pending Darkhast respondents/decree holders have filed an application below Exh.47 for grant of police protection. The learned judge of the trial court by order dated 2.3.2015 allowed said application and thereby directed the PSO of Osmanabad Rural police station to provide two police Constables to the decree holders while cutting gram crop and also while ploughing the land. It thus, appears that purpose for filing of the application and aaa/-

WP 3759.2015.odt the order passed thereon is over. By efflux of time, the cause for filing this writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, Deputy Collector of Land Reforms in the pending appeal has rejected the claim of respondents/decree holders and dismissed the appeal preferred by the respondents/decree holders herein. The petitioners may point out this fact to the Court in the execution proceedings, if occasion so arises.
