Learned counsel for the applicants states that this matter is left out from the group of matters bearing civil application No. 15315 of 2017 in first appeal stamp no. 16954 of 2015 and companion matters, in which order had been passed on 20-12-2017 by hon'ble single Judge, letting withdrawal of 50% amount and as such similar treatment be given to the present application.

In view of aforesaid undisputed position, following order: The applicants/claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% amount without any condition and the applicants/claimants are

2 1005-CA-4210-18 also permitted to withdraw remaining 50% of the amount on furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of the Registrar(Judicial) of this Court.
