Today the matter was mentioned as the girl -Pratiksha Rajendra Misal is being produced before this court. Accordingly, the matter has been taken on board and heard. 2.

During interaction with her, the girl - Pratiksha Rajendra Misal has said that she would like to go with the boy, namely, Devidas Shivaji Sule. She has referred to that there is love relationship between them and accordingly she had been staying with him. During interaction, it has transpired that she is

cwp377.21 17 years and 9 months old and is carrying. She appears to be firm that she would not go to parents.

We had also interacted with father and mother of Pratiksha, who have shown willingness to take her with them. 4.

Looking at that Pratiksha is firm that she does not want to go with parents, we deem it appropriate that she be sent to remand home where care of her health and diet can be taken, until she attains majority.

Accordingly, as suggested, we direct that Pratiksha Rajendra Misal be sent to "Bal Kalyan Samiti", Beed, and that the authorities there shall take proper and due care of diet and medical care of Pratiksha. After Pratiksha attains majority, she would be free to go as per her wish.

In view of aforesaid, petition is disposed of. 7.
