Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2.

Perused the pleadings in the petition and Land Rent Statement for the Land Acquisition, which is at page 15 of the compilation of the petition. Upon careful perusal of the same, it reveals that, no details or particulars of payment have been mentioned in the petition. There are no specific averments in the petition. The allegations made in the petition are vague. It also appears from perusal

WP8583.2015.odt of the aforementioned statement that, in one column, it is shown that, rent for land @ 8% has been paid for three years seven months and in another column, the interest amount @ 6% from 01.08.2007 to 01.10.2010 is also shown to have been calculated and paid to the petitioner.
