The issue is as regards Open Space (OS-22), which is already a subject matter of Public Interest Litigation No.9/2024, wherein this Court has injuncted the Respondent/MIDC from allotting the plot to present Respondent No.7/R. K. Royal Constro.

The Petitioner claims to be one of the Applicants, who hopes for an allotment of OS-22. There are several such applicants. Needless to state, as and when, the MIDC would deal

3926.24wp (2) with such applications, the application of the Petitioner, if it is in terms of the procedure laid down by the MIDC, would be considered.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
