Learned AGP has instructions from the Committee that on last two dates the petitioner has not attended the hearing of the Committee. He has placed on record Roznama of the Committee, which shows that the petitioner was absent for hearing on 06/05/2025 and 15/07/2025. The next date is kept on 30/07/2025. He further submits that if the petitioner cooperates, then the Committee will decide the claim of the petitioner within one month.
