Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Till this date 60% amount was allowed to withdraw. Normally the Court is allowing in Land Acquisition matters to withdraw 75% amount.

That apart the applicant wants money for the treatment of his son and grand-son, which requires 10,00,000/- rupees.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is partly allowed. Hence the following order :

ORDER

a) The applicant is allowed to withdraw 15% of the amount deposited with this Court with proportionate interest accrued on, on the undertaking that he would re-deposit the money with this Court.
