The learned counsel submits that the 17 R. land of the petitioner is acquired. The total holding of the petitioner was 17 R. The petitioner is entitled for Project Affected Person (PAP) certificate. He relies on the Government Resolution dated 03.05.2010.

Mr. Lakhotiya, the learned AGP submits that the petitioner has not given the affidavit that apart from the land acquired he does not have any holding.

The circular dated 03.05.2010 would apply to the petitioner if her entire land holding is acquired. The

10-wp.3565-18.odt petitioner shall file an affidavit to that effect with the authority. The authority shall confirm for itself that after the acquisition of the land, no land holding remains with the petitioner. The authority shall take decision with regard to the issuance of Project Affected Person certificate to the petitioner. The authority shall decide the same expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date the affidavit is filed by the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
