These are the Applications for withdrawal of 25% amount from the remaining 50% amount deposited by the Acquiring Body / State with this Court.

The learned AGP opposes the Applications.

Our attention is drawn to the order dated 06th November, 2023 by which the Applicants therein, who are from the same group of matters, were permitted to withdraw 25% amount out of 50% amount deposited with this Court. The relevant paragraph from the said order is reproduced below : - "3. In view of above, in spite of there being strong objection by learned A.G.P., we allow the applicants to withdraw 50% of the amount in deposit (25% of the total amount deposited) on furnishing bank guaranty of any of the scheduled or co-operative bank in the nature of continuing bank guaranty. Civil Applications stand disposed of accordingly." 5.

The Civil Applications are allowed in terms of the said order dated 06th November, 2023.
