This application is for condonation of delay of 39 days caused in filing this application. The application is filed with a prayer to recall the order passed by this Court dated 13.12.2024 and for issuance of fresh notice to unserved respondent Nos. 4 to 6 in the petition. This Court by order dated 13.12.2024 had passed

2 907-CA 4082-2025.odt conditional order directing the applicant to supply the address within two weeks. If no address is supplied, the matter was to be dismissed without further reference to the Court. The applicant failed to supply the address within given period and it is for this reason the petition came to be dismissed. Now, the applicant is ready to supply the address within two weeks from today. 3.

Considering the above, the delay stands condoned. The impugned order dated 13.12.2024 passed by this Court is set aside subject to applicant taking steps within two weeks from today and to give address for respondent Nos. 4 to 6 within stipulated period. 4.

If address is supplied, office to re-issue notice to respondent Nos. 4 to 6 thereafter, returnable on 30.07.2025. ( KISHORE C. SANT, J. ) P.S.B.
