We have perused the order dated 29.02.2024 passed by the Dy. Charity Commissioner, Jalgaon. If the Petitioner desires that said order should be implemented by holding a joint meeting under Police Bandobast, he is at liberty to approach the Police Authority, deposit the requisite fees for the Police Bandobast and in such a situation, we would expect the Police Authority to extend sufficient protection since the fees for the same would be deposited by the petitioner.
