The Petitioner prays that the pending proposal dated 27/08/2012, received by Respondent No.3 on 18/01/2018, seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner as a 'Peon' w.e.f. 12/06/2012, be considered on it's own merits. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, with a direction to Respondent No.3, to decide the pending proposal of the Petitioner on it's own merits, by following the due procedure laid down in law, if not already decided. A decision on the same be arrived at within 60 days from today and the same be communicated to the Petitioner within 15 days from the date of

Needless to state, Respondent No.3 will consider the law laid down by this Court.
