2] The applications are filed to bring the L.Rs. on record with condonation of delay.

3] Considering the cause assigned, the civil applications for delay condonation and amendment are allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B). Delay is condoned. Necessary amendment / substitution be carried out forthwith.

4] Learned counsel for the parties submit that the amount has been deposited in terms of the interim order dated 17.10.2016 passed by this Court. In view of that, the ad interim order granted on 17.10.2016 is confirmed and the civil application for stay is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) and disposed of.

5] List the civil applications filed by the claimants for withdrawal of the amount for hearing on 7.8.2018. (V.L. ACHLIYA, J.) ndk/c38187.doc
