This is an application for condonation of delay of 44 days caused for filing the revision application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay caused for filing revision application is condoned.

Criminal Revision Application (Stamp) No.2957 of 2024:- 1.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 12th April, 2024. The learned APP waives service of notice for the respondent/State.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned advocate for the applicant, interim relief can be granted on condition to deposit 50% of arrears of maintenance in the trial Court and he shall continue to deposit 50% amount of maintenance monthly on 10th day of each month in the trial

Subject to depositing the said amount, there shall be stay in terms of prayer clause "c". The applicant to file photocopy of deposit of amount in the trial Court in this proceedings. 4.

If the applicant fails to deposit the above amount within 15 days, the trial Court/Executing Court is at liberty to proceed further as per law against the applicant for recovery of amount. (SANJAY A. DESHMUKH, J.) sga
