We have heard Mr. Gholap learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Talhar, learned Assistant Solicitor General for respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

The grievance of the petitioner is about non supply of documents. Mr. Talhar, the learned ASG submits that the Central Registrar is the supervisory authority. The petitioner can approach the Central Registrar.

In light of that the petitioner may approach the respondent No. 3. Naturally as contended by the learned A.S.G., respondent No.3 would consider the application of the petitioner on its own

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
