By this Application, the Applicant is praying to serve Respondent No.1 named Siyaram Sardar Dawar by way of paper publication in daily newspaper called 'Swaraj', which is published in the State of Madhya Pradesh.

By order dated 07.01.2025, this Court observed as under : "2. The applicant is permitted to serve the unserved respondent by way of paper publication, to be published in "Daily Bhaskar, which is being published in Hindi language in Madhya Pradesh." The applicant to take necessary steps within two weeks from today." 3.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that in addition to the aforesaid publication in daily 'Bhaskar', the Applicant be allowed to serve Respondent No.1 by way of paper publication in daily 'Swaraj' .

The Applicant is allowed to serve Respondent No.1 by way of paper publication in daily '

Bhaskar' and daily 'Swaraj' which are widely circulated in the State of Madhya Pradesh.
