The petitioners are before us aggrieved by the fact that in spite of our direction, revision preferred under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 is not being decided by the learned Minister. 3.

The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the revision is now listed for hearing before the learned Minister on 26.04.2023 and depending upon the cooperation of the parties it would be decided expeditiously within six weeks from today.

We accept the statement as an undertaking to the Court and dispose of the Contempt Petition.
