Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, this court by order dated 10.6.2016 has permitted the applicants from the same award to withdraw the amount on certain conditions. Learned counsel submits that the applicants herein may be permitted to withdraw the amount on same coniti9ons. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent acquiring body has not disputed this position and he has not objection if the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw the amount as per the order dated 10.6.2016. Hence, order.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited before this Court subject to furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar Judicial of this Court. Remaining 25% amount shall be deposited in any nationalized Bank till the disposal of first appeal. 4.

Civil application accordingly disposed of.
