The petitioner was seeking implementation of direction of this Court in Writ Petition No. 10886 of 2021 dated 30.09.2021 whereby the respondent no.4 therein, who is sole respondent in this contempt petition and who is an Education Officer, was directed to decide the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner. 2.

Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that already affidavit-inreply has been filed online and tenders across the bar a physical copy wherein the respondent Education Officer has stated to have considered petitioner's case for grant of approval for the post of Peon

Parties are unanimous that the direction of this Court to the Education Officer to consider petitioner's proposal has been duly complied with and has been rejected. Nothing survives. 4.

The contempt petition is disposed of.
