Pursuant to our order dated 29/03/2019, the learned Advocates for the petitioner have not initiated any steps for seeking discharge as is provided for under the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules. Lame excuses are being tendered today by the learned Advocate for the petitioners when they have already sought a discharge on 29/03/2019.

In view of the above, Office to issue notice to the petitioners for final disposal, returnable on 14/10/2021. 3.

The appearance of the learned Advocates for the petitioner, in the light of the order dated 29/03/2019, is discharged."

Notice for final disposal has been served upon the sole petitioner. Yet, the petitioner has not caused an appearance, either in person or through an Advocate.

In view of the above, it appears that the petitioner has lost interest in this matter. This petition is, therefore, dismissed in default.
