The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that on or about 24th August, 2019, the petitioner has submitted a proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the Assistant Professors appointed by them and the same is not decided by respondent No. 3.

Mr Girase, the learned Counsel accepts notice for respondent No. 3 and the learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the Assistant Professors is forwarded by the

2 41-WP-3764-2020 petitioner, then respondent No. 3 shall take decision upon it on its own merits in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
