Considering the challenge made to the judgments and awards passed by the Tribunal and the fact that the legal heirs of the deceased met with an accidental death have not received any compensation so far, the applicants are hereby permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited before this Court by respondent - NKSRTC, on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). 3.
