Present petition has been filed to direct respondent Nos.2 and 3 to decide the appeal/representation preferred by the petitioner on 04.12.2018 .

After waiving notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3, learned AGP makes a statement that the said representation dated 04.12.2018 is pending before respondent No.3 and he would decide it within a period of eight days, however, he submits that in the year 2015 itself, the proposal was rejected, but the alleged representation dated 04.12.2018 is in the form of an appeal. Therefore, the question of maintainability of the same would arise.

By keeping open the points required to be decided, the writ petition is hereby disposed of with directions to respondent No.3 to decide the said representation dated 12.04.2018 within a period of (8) eight days from today.
