While deciding the Civil Application No.2365 of 2015 in First Appeal No.1023 of 2012, this Court, by an order dated 20th February 2015, initially observed that the respondent No.2 shall deposit an amount of Rs.50,000/- together with proportionate interest within four weeks, which order was corrected on 5th March 2015 directing the appellant to deposit the amount.

The appellant, as such, by present application is seeking extension of two weeks to deposit the said amount. 3.

The application is not objected. As such, civil application is allowed and disposed of. The applicant/appellant is directed to deposit the amount, as ordered by this Court hereinabove. ( N.W. SAMBRE, J.) vvr
