Heard Mr.U.U.Wagh, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr.M.R.Deshmukh, learned counsel for respondent No.1. 2.

The applicants want to withdraw the entire amount deposited by respondent No.1.

Mr.Deshmukh, learned counsel for respondent No.1 has no objection, if 60% amount is disbursed.

In view of this, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 60% of the amount. The amount may be distributed to the applicants in accordance with the directions of the Tribunal. Rest of the amount be deposited in Fixed Deposit Receipt. Civil Application stands disposed of.
