Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this court by order dated 16.6.2017 permitted the applicants in the applications arising out of the same acquisition proceeding, to withdraw entire amount on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

Learned A.G.P. has not disputed this position. 3.

It appears that the S.L.A.O. has awarded the compensation at the rate of Rs.580/- per R whereas the Reference court has awarded the compensation of Rs.1023/- per R. In view of the above and

964 ca6493.17 -2considering the fact that this Court has permitted the applicants in the applications arising out of the same acquisition proceedings to withdraw entire amount, the applicants herein are also permitted to withdraw the entire amount on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Civil application for withdrawal of amount is disposed of.
