Learned counsel for the applicant/original claimant submits that the Special Land Acquisition Officer awarded compensation at the rate of Rs.580/- per R, whereas, Reference Court has awarded the compensation at enhanced rate of Rs. 1023/- per R. Learned Counsel submits that though the Reference Court has awarded compensation for the trees, however, deducted amount to the extent of 25% I have heard learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader for the State. 4.

In view of the above submissions and for the reasons stated in the application, applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire amount on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 5.
