The petitioner has put forth prayer clause (B) as under :- "(B) By writ, order or directions the respondent No. 3 may kindly be directed to grant approval to the second benefit of time bound pay scale under In Service Assured Carrier Progression Scheme in the pay band of Rs. 5200-20200/- with grade pay of Rs. 4200/- from 10.10.2018 in the interest of justice." 2.

At this stage, the learned advocate for the petitioner prays that instead of issuing notice to the respondents, the proposal which is already forwarded to respondent No. 3 by the respondent No. 5 - Headmaster, alongwith the covering letter dated 13.12.2021, may be decided early and the petitioner would be satisfied.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Let respondent No. 3 consider the proposal of the petitioner forwarded by respondent No. 5, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 30.11.2022. The copy of this order shall be served by the petitioner on respondent No. 3, on or before 10.08.2022.
