Issue notice to respondents. The learned A. G. P. waives notice for respondent No. 1 to 3. Mr. Jadhav, the learned counsel waives notice for the respondent No. 4.

The grievance of the petitioner is that, the respondent No. 4 is not accepting the proposal sent by the college and also not accepting the examination form.

We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for respondents.

It is not disputed that, the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner are pending from June 2015.

Considering the above, we pass following order. 6.

The respondent No. 2/Committee shall decide the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of one (01)year from today. Till the validation proceedings are decided, the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting further studies and shall not refuse to accept the examination form only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending. Of course the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 can take further course of action against the petitioner in tune with the judgment delivered by the respondent No. 2/Committee. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 7.
