Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the counsel representing respondent nos. 1 and 2 i.e. Caveator. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is ready to deposit the amount in terms of award within four weeks and urged to stay the execution of the award. 3.

Considering the submissions advanced, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' subject to deposit of amount in terms of award including the interest and costs till the date of deposit within four weeks from the date of this order. In case, the applicant fails to deposit the amount, within stipulated period, the interim order of stay shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court. The amount to be deposited in this Court. 4.
