The learned A.G.P. submits that the Competent Scrutiny Committee has already closed the file for delivering it's judgment. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the decision should be announced within one week because the petitioner desires to appear for some examination.

We have perused the order dated 22/03/2018, delivered by this Court in Writ Petition No.3040/2018. Six months time was granted to the Committee to decide the proceeding. Though there was no decision, the petitioner did not approach this Court

286.22cp (2) apparently because the delay actually caused benefit to the petitioner, since the delay enabled her to complete her degree course. Now, that she has to appear for further exams, this contempt petition is suddenly taken up after four years. 3.

In view of the above, this contempt petition is disposed off. Let the Competent Committee deliver it's order on the claim of the petitioner, on or before 15/07/2022.
