Considering that the eligible LR of the deceased desires to enter Government service and in the light of the objection raised by the learned AGP, the petitioners desire to withdraw this petition and approach the learned Tribunal.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. The Registry of this Court shall transfer this case to the learned Tribunal expeditiously. 3.

Since the learned AGP has appeared on behalf of respondent nos.1 to 4 and the learned advocate appeared on behalf of respondent no.5, we are requesting the learned Tribunal to list this case on 21.02.2023. The parties are put to notice that they would appear on the said date before the learned Tribunal. Notices are dispensed with.
