The learned counsel for the appellants submits that this court has granted the interim anticipatory bail to the appellants by order dated 03-04-2020. It is submitted that during pendency of the present appeal, the charge-sheet came to be filed. It is submitted that the interim anticipatory bail granted by this court be extended for fifteen days and the permission be granted to file regular bail application before the appropriate court. 2.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the appellants are permitted to file regular bail

(2) criapl237.20 application before the appropriate court. If such application is filed, the appropriate court shall decide the same on its own merits. The interim anticipatory bail granted by this court shall remain in operation for the period of two weeks from today. 3.

The appeals are disposed of.
